| The Universal Adjustable Cutter is used to quickly and easily cut bakery items or soft to medium hard confections into equally sized portions!
The Cutter consists of 13 sharp stainless steel cutting blades mounted on a 30" long stainless steel rod !
Each blade is 4 1/4" in diameter.
Two rubber handles are affixed to the ends but can be removed.
To meet your own specifications, each blade can be individually moved or removed by simply adjusting a "set screw". The minimum distance between each blade can be set to a 1/4".
