Transparent Cutting Grid will expedite the cutting of decorative sponge cake and joconde sheets into long-strips, these are then used to line cake rings and pastry frames. Made of clear plastic which is segmented into cutting gridlines.
These gridlines are clearly marked with increments or 2 cm (13/16") and 4 cm (1 5/8"), and allow you to cut accurately, quickly and easily.
The Cutting Grid will cut a fullsheet pan of product at one time.
