Transparent Cutting Grid will expedite the cutting of decorative sponge cake and joconde sheets into long-strips, these are then used to line cake rings and pastry frames.

Made of clear plastic, segmented into cutting gridlines.

These gridlines are clearly marked with increments or 2 cm (13/16") and 4 cm (1 5/8") and allow you to cut quickly and accurately.

The Cutting Grid can cut a fullsheet pan of product at one time.
