Commercial grade muffin pan. These oversized muffin pans are of a unique design to produce extra-large Texas-Size muffins. Made of aluminized steel.
Coated with "Sure Bake & Glaze". A two part process developed to provide the best possible surface for baking. The Silicone Glaze promotes easy release of baked products from the pan.
Pan size: length 18", width 13", height 1 3/8".
Muffin size: 3 1/8", depth 1 1/4" flared.
Fits a standard home oven.
