Sugar Leaves are manufactured from Isomalt Sugar, a natural sugar substitute.

Due to the properties of Isomalt, cast shapes are highly resistant to humidity and will not melt or lose their shine.  Sugar Leaves should be assembled onto desserts right before service.  Do not refrigerate or freeze.
