Create spectacular mousse cakes and frozen desserts with these embossed structure sheets from PCB, France. Our Structure Sheet Kit includes a rectangular base with four embossed structure sheets (patterns include: curls, lines, bubbles and waves)
Directions: Insert the desired structure sheet into the rectangular frame. Top with desired mousse, creams or frozen mixture, then layer with remaining cake components. Refrigerate or freeze until set. Remove and invert the entire rectangular cake frame, the bottom now becomes the top! Slice into portion sizes and apply finishing touches, such as spraying the top with colored Velvet Sprays, dark chocolate spray or Edible Spray Colors for a beautiful contrast.
