This incredible stackable system, allows the chocolatier to create uniform candy layers of chocolate, ganache, gianduja and other fillings. Set includes:
1 Base - 23 1/4" x 19 1/4" x 1 1/4"
2 Frames height 3mm - (opening) 14 3/8" x 14 3/8"
2 Frames height 5mm - (opening) 14 3/8" x 14 3/8"
1 Plastic Wide Spatula 22"
Directions of use: Attach first frame to base and add filling. Using wide spatula spread filling level. Repeat procedure for the remaining 3 frames. Allow chocolate and filling to firm. Remove frame set and cut into desired portions.
