Professional Silkscreen Pastry Frames are used in creating spectacular designs on the sides and tops of mousse cakes. Ideal for a bakery, hotel/resort or school.

Place Silkscreen Frame over a full sheetpan Silpat.
Spread Decor Paste at the top edge of the screen. In a single movement using a squeege scrape paste to bottom, removing all excess paste.
Remove frame and freeze Silpat.
Prepare Backing Sponge and spread evenly over frozen decor design.
Bake as directed and allow to cool. Cut long strips to line cake rings.
