Commercial grade sheetpan extenders. Extend the height of a standard US sheetpan with these fiberglass sheetpan extenders - height 2".
Designed to provide straight sides and to insulate the edges of your product from over baking. This will eliminate trimming loss and produce cakes of even height, color and texture over the entire surface of the product.
Oven safe and have been used by bakers for over 20 years. The bottom corners are notched so the pan extender fit securely into a standard sheetpan. Batter is then poured into the pan. Finally, the filled pan and extender are placed into the oven for baking. Can also be used in the Refrigerator and Freezer.
