I received your video "Bread Baking Essentials". After reviewing it for the fourth time, I must say it is the BEST video I have seen in all the years I have been involved in culinary education.

The depth to which this video reaches is something we have needed for a longtime. Each of us has their own perspective on the subject of baking. This video enlarges on that, and adds more. I am tired of seeing, ten, fifteen, or even twenty minute videos that literally say very little. It really takes longer to give the full information needed. The camera-work and setting were done very tastefully.

I have bought your video tape "Bread Baking Essentials" on-line. I received your videotape on Friday and I did have a chance to review it. I have to say that your tape is so excellent, I was fascinated and I am in love with it! Your technique is so detailed and that makes it much easier for people to learn. I am very pleased with it. This is definitely a better way of learning how to make breads.
