All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted. Items that have been in contact with any food product can not be returned. Heat sensitive ingredients delivered by Ground Service are not guaranteed against melting or discoloration damage. Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Original Shipping charges and Return Delivery charges will not be refunded. Special Orders may not be returned.
