Royal Icing Mix in a convenient powdered mix. Create Royal Icing quickly and easily for all your decorating needs.
Can be used as a stiff Royal Icing or can be thinned to produce a thin flowing icing, both applications dry hard to the touch.
Stiff Icing:
Blend together 1 pound bag of powdered mix with 5 tablespoons of water.
Beat on medium speed with the paddle attachment until the icing holds a peak.
Flavor and color as desired.
Flow Icing:
Add 1 tablespoon of water to each 1/2 cup of Royal Icing mix.
Mix together by hand. Flavor and color as desired.
