Specially created for the rolling-out and laminating of Puff Pastry, Danish and Croissant dough's. Made of food grade plastic with two handles and nylon bearings.

RIBBED - length 15 3/4"
Use during the laminating processes when layering butter and dough.
PLAIN - length 15 3/4" Use to roll-out dough evenly without tearing through delicate dough layers.
