Designed to deliver precise portion control of different product consistencies like mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, jellies, syrup, ganache, liquors, creams, sauces and coulis.

A single pull of the handle will deliver a precise measurement.

The amount is easily calibrated up to 2/3rds of a fluid ounce (20cc. capacity in the black piston chamber).  Depending on the viscosity of the product, the maximum amount can vary between 1/2 to 2/3rds of a ounce.

The adjustable position allows setting the dosage for a chosen recipe, producing the same dosage over and over again. The precise portion control in the kitchen or in the pastry shop contributes to better control over food costs and will bring consistency to production.

The funnel is made out of clear plastic and has a capacity of 1 1/2 quarts.

Resists temperatures up to 250F degrees.

Is easily taken apart without tools for cleaning. Dishwasher safe.
