Made of a thick canvas material with the necessary stiffness for rolling-out dough's.

Edges are finished for added durability and to prevent fraying.

 

The Pastry Frame is supported by wooden slats at both ends and thick wire frames on both sides.  The long wire loops in front are used to brace the pastry frame against a counter or table edge, this holds the pastry cloth firmly in place during use.

•  Circle guides for 8" and 9" pies

•  Assembly required.

Rolling Pin Cover is made of a thick woven cotton material that resists grease and moisture.  Measures 12 1/2" in length and fits over most rolling pins.

 

Use:  Sprinkle 1/2 cup of flour over the Pastry Cloth and completely rub in.

The pastry cloth can be washed and air dried.
