Made from 100% Silicone!
This original and innovative solution created by Chocolatiers in Europe, allows the candy maker to deposit firm ganache, praline mixtures, fondant centers, gelees, hard candy etc. into these precisely formed "sphere-shaped" ball molds.
Simply deposit mixture through the top holes using a pastry bag or depositor.
The mixture is then allowed to firm and easily removed by separating the two-piece white silicone mold. Proceed with chocolate enrobing and decorating.
Multiflex mold can also be used in the oven, refrigerator and freezer as they resist temperatures from -76F to +446F degrees (-60 C to +230C).
