This unit quickly produces perfectly round balls of marzipan, almond paste and firm ganache. The Rollerboard machine efficiently produces candy centers.
Simply place marzipan on base unit, side top lid back and forth several times to create perfectly round confections!
Ball diameter is 3/4" or 20mm
Dimensions of unit: length 15 1/2", width 12 1/4", height 4". 13 channels.
Can be used with or without incline attachment.
