METHOD:
1) To make crust: Combine all piecrust
ingredients and press into a 9" pie pan. Bake at 350F for
about 5 minutes. Reserve.
2) To make the filling: Whisk together
egg yolks, zest, sweetened condensed milk and fresh lime juice
until just smooth.
3) Pour into the crust. Return to the
oven and bake for about 10 minutes until set.
4) Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
When chilled top with whipped cream or Italian meringue. |
