Kaiser Scoring Tool

Directions of Use: Prepare dough and scale into 3 ounce portion size. Shape into rounds and deposit into the lightly floured Proofing Tray. Allow dough to double in size, then using the Scoring Tool, cut the dough on top for that traditional Kaiser Roll marking. Place the Flipping Tray over the Proofing Tray and invert. Transfer to a baking sheetpan and bake as directed.
