Create your own lollipops, hard candies and other sweet confections with this ready-to-use mix. Instructions: Use caution when handling hot sugar! Mix Hard Candy Mix with 1/3 cup of water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring mixture to a boil and cook to 290F degrees. Remove from heat and add flavoring and coloring if desired.
