Hard Candy Mix in a convenient powdered mix. Create your own lollipops, hard candies and other sweet confections with this ready-to-use mix.
Instructions:
Use caution when handling hot sugar!
Mix Hard Candy Mix with 1/3 cup of water.
Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook to 290F degrees.
Remove from heat and add flavoring and coloring if desired.
Pour mixture into prepares molds or use as needed.
Allow to cool completely, but do not refrigerate.
