"Ready to use" Ganache Glazes are designed to give your creations a perfect shine and brilliance. Applied to cakes and tortes to produce a silky outer glaze, smooth on taste and is perfectly freezer and thaw stable. Directions of use:
Slowly melt in a water-bath as directed to 95F degrees.
Prepare the outside of each cake to create a smooth and even cake surface, use a thin crumb coat of buttercream or ganache. Place the refrigerated or frozen cake on a glazing rack. Proceed by pouring the glaze abundantly over each cake, then using a spatula to eliminate any surplus glaze. Cakes can then be refrigerated or frozen.
