Used by chocolatiers to cut-out a variety of shapes from a ganache slab, marzipan, jelly, nougat, fondant, etc. These candy centers are then enrobed in chocolate and decorated.

Professional Ganache Cutters are made from polished stainless steel with a thick rolled edge.
