Commercial Food Mill used to strain or puree fruits and vegetables. The mill is designed to keep constant pressure against the grinding plate while crushing foods, at the same time retain seeds, skin and fibers. The food mill comes supplied with three grinding plates with perforations of either 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 4mm diameter.
