Cold Process Base
50 grams Nevepann 50 F Gelato Powder Mix
250 - 300 grams Sugar
1 Liter / 34 ounces Milk
Blend together, and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Deposit mixture into ice cream machine, process as directed.
