Expandable dough cutter is used by professional bakers to quickly and accurately cut pie dough, sweet dough, puff pastry dough, pasta dough and a variety of baked items. Multiple wheel cutter with 6 "plain" cutting blades on one side and 6 "fluted" cutting blades on the reverse.
