Dosicream is a professional deposit filling machine that can be used with a variety of fillings, such as pastry cream, jams, ganache, whipped cream, meringue and curds.
Three Processing Modes: Manual, Automatic and Sequential.
Manual mode, the machine will dispense filling until you release the handle/pedal, ensuring that the user has maximum flexibility during processing.
Automatic mode you can set the quantity of filling to be dispensed in advance and the Dosicream will dispense the product with precision.
Sequential mode you can initially set the amount of filling to be dispensed including pause time, so you can work continuously.
The digital display allows you to save nine different programs for quick use.
The different selectable modes and adjustment of dosing time, drop-stop and the pause time, allow the Dosicream to adapt optimally to all production requirements.
Dosicream is easily washable, as it allows you to remove the hopper, hopper unit, gears, adapters and nozzles separately.
Dosicream has a wide range of product options available, each must be selected and added to the Base Dosicreme Unit.
