Designed for quickly depositing equal-sized portions of mixtures. Ideal for depositing "Grignottines", chocolate mixtures, soft cookie dough, meringue and other products.
Depositor includes:
• Rectangular Frame - length 25", width 17 1/2", depth 2 3/4"
• Two Depositing Inserts with round openings:
Diameter 1 1/8", thickness 5/16"
Diameter 1 1/2", thickness 1/2"
• Leveling Tool
Directions of use: Position tray over a Silpat or parchment. Pour mixture into Depositing Frame and spread evenly and level into the holes. Lift frame and remove Silpat, repeat.
Made of white plastic. Fits over a US Full Sheetpan Silpat. Made in Italy
