Directions of use:
1) Combine 250-300 grams (depending on application) of Delicecrem Pastry Cream Mix with 1 liter of Milk. Mix on low speed just to incorporate.
2) Then whip on high speed for 4 minutes.
3) For a slightly aerated texture, use cold milk.
