| Decor Grills are plastic templates for applying decorative designs to joconde biscuit, as well as buttercream and chocolate.
Set includes SIX beautiful patterns:
Rounds
Circle & Clover
Squares
Basketweave
Playing Card Suits (diamonds, hearts, clubs and spades)
Circle & Square
1) Place Decor Grill over a full sheetpan Silpat.
2) Spread Decor paste uniformly over template, removing all excess paste.
3) Remove Grill and freeze Silpat.
4) Prepare Backing Sponge and spread evenly over frozen decor design.
5) Bake as directed and allow to cool.
6) Cut into desired shapes or cut long strips to line cake rings.
Dimension: L: 23 5/8", W: 15 3/4" - fits a full sheetpan Silpat.
