customer. When you place an order with Pastry Chef
Central Inc., our system will provide each customer with a
complete follow-up email referencing their
order. This email message will include order
confirmation and delivery tracking information. You
may also create a personal account, allowing you to review
order history, check on your current status and make changes
if necessary.
In the event of a delay or backordered item, you will be
notified by e-mail or phone.
A final email will then be sent
to confirm your shipment including package tracking
information.
Delivery
Most purchases are shipped
same-day from our Boca Raton, Florida warehouse
location, using UPS Delivery to all 50 United States and Canadian
addresses with arrival times
depending on your location.
Items sent directly from
our suppliers may take longer to arrive and are customarily
shipped using Standard Ground
Delivery. Items
ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the
same time. ● PO Box addresses can not be accepted.

shipped using UPS Standard to Canada arrive
within 7-12 business days from shipment of your order. Delivery Charges are calculated using UPS "On-Demand
Rates" based on weight, zone and handling. Import tax, duty
and brokerage fees are assessed by Canadian Customs and
charged to customer at time of delivery.

using UPS Next
Day Air are guaranteed for delivery by next business day to
most US addresses. Delivery Charges are calculated
using UPS "On-Demand Rates" based on weight,
zone and handling. Orders must be received by 12:00pm
EST - Monday thru Friday for same day shipping.
● Rush delivery is not available on all catalog

Return Policy
We are committed to finding and bringing to our customers
the highest quality products available.
Inspect all merchandise upon arrival. If you are not
fully satisfied with your Pastry Chef Central, Inc.

You may return Pastry Tools within 30 days from receipt of
your order.
Baking
Ingredients may not be returned (this includes disposable
products, books,
magazines and instructional materials).
Please contact us for Return
Merchandise Authorization and shipping instructions.
All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking
condition and contain all original packaging and accessories
to be accepted.
Items that have been in contact with any food product
can not be returned.
Heat sensitive ingredients delivered by Ground Service are not guaranteed against
melting or discoloration damage.
Product damaged
through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
Original Shipping charges and Return Delivery charges will
not be refunded.
Special Orders may not be returned.
Once we have received and inspected the returned
merchandise, you will be notified via email concerning your
refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within
1-3 business days.
