Order Status
We believe in a well informed customer. When you place an order with Pastry Chef Central Inc., our system will provide each customer with a complete follow-up email referencing their order. This email message will include order confirmation and delivery tracking information. You may also create a personal account, allowing you to review order history, check on your current status and make changes if necessary. In the event of a delay or backordered item, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. A final email will then be sent to confirm your shipment.
Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our Boca Raton, Florida warehouse location using UPS Ground Service (Standard) for delivery addresses to all 50 United States and Canada with arrival time within 1 to 12 business days from receipt of your order. In the event of a delay or backordered item, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer to arrive and are customarily shipped using Standard Ground Delivery. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the same time.
Standard Delivery Information
United States: Items are shipped using UPS Ground Service to arrive within 1-7 business days from shipment of your order. Delivery Charges are calculated using UPS "On-Demand Rates" based on weight, zone and handling. View UPS Time-In-Transit Map
Canada: Items are shipped using UPS Standard to Canada to arrive within 7-12 business days from shipment of your order. Delivery Charges are calculated using UPS "On-Demand Rates" based on weight, zone and handling. Import tax, duty and brokerage fees are assessed by Canadian Customs and charged to customer at time of delivery.
Rush Delivery Information
United States: Items are shipped using UPS Next Day Air with guaranteed delivery by next business afternoon to most US addresses. Delivery Charges are calculated using UPS "On-Demand Rates" based on weight, zone and handling. Orders must be received by 12:00pm EST - Monday thru Friday for same day shipment.
Note: Rush delivery is not available on all catalog items.

Return Policy
We are committed to finding and bringing to our customers the highest quality products available.
Inspect all merchandise upon arrival. If you are not fully satisfied with your Pastry Chef Central, Inc. purchase, please call us immediately at 1-888-750-CHEF or contact us via e-mail at customer_service@pastrychef.com
You may return pastry tools within 30 days and baking ingredients within 5 days from receipt of your order. Please contact us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
All returns and exchanges must be in new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted. Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Heat sensitive ingredients or opened ingredients may not be returned. Special Orders may not be returned. Original delivery charges and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via e-mail concerning your refund. You can expect a refund within 5 business days.

Sales Tax and Pricing
Sales tax of 6.5% will be accessed for orders shipped to a Florida address.
