Creamy and delicious Creme Brulee, is quickly accomplished with this exquisite high-quality dessert mix. Directions:
Heat 4 quarts Heavy Cream and 2 quarts Milk. Add 1 bag (1 kg) of Creme Brulee Mix. Bring to a boil. Pour into individual molds to cool, or cool as bulk for use in filling for pastries and specialty desserts. Chill 2 hours. Dust with sugar and caramelize top.
