4 - six ounce porcelain Ramekins
Chrome wire holding rack
Square aluminized steel baking pan 8"
Directions:
Place the wire rack in pan and fill pan with water until it reaches halfway.
Place Porcelain Ramekin cups into the wire rack and pour Creme Brulee mixture evenly into the four ramekins.
Place into the oven to bake.
