Constructed of 100% stainless steel and comes with two nozzles (1/8" & 1/4" diameter opening) and stand. A standard piece of equipment in most bakeshops. This confectionery funnel is used to dispense a precise flow of fondant, ganache, sauces, and confectionery fillings.
It is operated with a spring valve and is easily controlled with one hand.
