Using this unique two-piece mold, which easily snaps together with magnets.
This original and innovative solution created by Chocolatiers in Europe, allows the candy maker to deposit tempered chocolate into the molds to create a hard outer truffle shell.
Once these chocolate truffle shells become firm, they can be filled with soft ganache, praline mixtures, creamy centers, liquors, fruit coulis, etc. Sealed with chocolate and then processed with chocolate enrobing and decorating.
