These unique Magnetic Molds allow the artisan to craft personalized filled chocolates, using standard design transfer sheets or custom design transfer sheets.
The Magnetic mold consists of two parts, a polycarbonate mold frame with embedded magnets and a separate polished stainless steel bottom plate.
Directions:
Pull apart the metal bottom plate from the plastic mold.
Lay a printed transfer sheet in the bottom of the plastic mold, and then replace the bottom metal plate. The embedded magnets will hold the two pieces firmly together.
Enrobe the cavities with tempered chocolate and fill with desired fillings.
Allow the chocolate to cool and demold the chocolates.
The imprinted transfer design will adhere to the chocolate and will become the top of the candy.
