An all NEW process for creating ganache and candy spherical centers. ChocoFlex Ganache Truffle Molds made of Silicone!
This original and innovative solution allows the chocolatier to deposit ganache, praline mixtures, fondant centers, gelees, etc. into these precisely formed "sphere-shaped" truffle molds. Simply deposit mixture through the top holes using a pastry bag or depositor. The mixture is then allowed to firm and easily removed by seperating the two-piece white silicone mold. Proceed with chocolate enrobing and decorating. Chocoflex molds can also be used for baking and freezing as they resist temperatures from -100F to 525F degrees (– 40° C to +280° C).
