An all NEW process for creating ganache and candy centers. ChocoFlex Ganache Molds made of Silicone!
This original and innovative solution allows the chocolatier to deposit ganache, praline mixtures, fondant centers, gelees, etc. into these precisely formed molds. The mixture is allowed to firm and then easily removed by flexing the white silicone mold. Proceed with chocolate enrobing and decorating.
4 shapes: Round, Oval, Square and Rectangle All 4 shapes have been carefully calibrated to hold the same amount of filling.
