ChocoFlex Ganache Molds are made from white Silicone!
This original and innovative solution designed by chocolatiers in Europe, allows the candy maker to deposit firm ganache, praline mixtures, fondant centers, gelees, etc. into precisely formed molds.
The mixture is then allowed to firm and then easily removed by flexing the white silicone mold. Proceed with chocolate enrobing and then decorating.
All shapes have been carefully calibrated to hold the same amount of filling and to create perfectly portioned bite-sized candies.
Chocoflex molds can also be used in the oven, refrigerator and freezer as
they resist temperatures from -100F to +525F degrees (– 40° C to +280° C
