| Chablon Stencil Mats are made of a flexible rubber material used for producing chocolate decorations in a variety of shapes.
Create uniform wafer-thin chocolate decorations, quickly and easily with these specialty mats. Simply lay the Chablon Stencil Mat over a Silpat, parchment paper or transfer sheet. Spread chocolate evenly over the mat and remove any excess chocolate. Allow the chocolate to slightly firm and then remove the Chablon Stencil Mat. Now use these wonderful shapes to decorate cakes, pastries and plated desserts.
