Precision made confectionery frames, used in the candy industry for spreading fondant, ganache, caramel, nougat and other candy mixtures into slabs of uniform thickness.
Each bar is manufactured from high strength aluminum for years of dependable service, they then are hard-coat anodized to prevent sticking and easy clean-up!

Bar Heights: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8, 3/4", width of each bar 3/4".
Four bars per size: Two long 22" bars, Two short 12" bars.
20 bars in total set.
Manufactured to fit a full sheetpan Silpat.
