The CAKE SLICER PRO has 2 razor sharp "serrated" cutting blades, each can be independently adjusted so you can slice cakes and sheetcakes into either 2 or 3 layers. Blades can be quickly adjusted from a height of 1/2" to the maximum height of 4 3/4".
