Build the cake as desired, maybe a traditional carrot cake or something of your own creation! Construct the layers within the cube mold, then refrigerate and allow the filling to firm. When set, remove mold and frost outside of cake as desired with either icing, ganache, whipped cream, glaze or sprayed dark chocolate. Finish with unique decorations that accent the shape.
