Innovative design allows for scoring two loaves of bread or baguettes at the same time, ideal for production bakeries.

The unique Handle design conforms to both left and right handed users and is adjustable between 3" (7.5cm) to 4" (10cm).

The Bread Scoring Blade (Lame) Pro's allows for quick change and positioning of the scoring blade.
1) Sliding the yellow button to the bottom 1st notch, releases the blade from the handle for replacement.
2) Sliding the yellow button to the middle 2nd notch, locks the blade into a rigid "straight" position.
3) Sliding the yellow button to the top 3rd notch, locks the blade into a "left or right curved" position.
Blade is replaceable with either a stainless steel or plastic blade.
Includes Protective Holder for safe storage. Holder can also be filled with water for cleaning and dampen blade during use.

Handle and Holder are made of food safe plastic.
