This all white soft nylon bristle brush with handle, is used to sweep away excess flour from dough's and bench top.
Brushes are manufactured using a technique known as epoxy fusing. The process involves immersing brush tufts into molten epoxy. When epoxy hardens a solid block forms that secures bristles and makes brush impervious to moisture. All blocks and handles are made of molded high impact plastic.
