Made of natural Flax Linen, this sturdy material is used to maintain a dough's shape during final proofing. This technique results in a finished bread with a thick crispy crust. 32" wide, 8 feet long Hemmed flax linen, untreated and unbleached.
Season with bread flour prior to use. Do not wash. Made in France |
